Workers must complete the DHS training and test for CFSS Support Workers, online through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) website. The training and test must be completed before services start.
You’ll receive a certificate of completion to submit to your CFSS agency provider

Determine which training you need to take. —the dropdown offers options like “PCA/CFSS Support Workers,” “PCA Qualified Professional,” or “CFSS transition for PCA agencies”
Complete the New Hire Application Form and email it to yourjourneyhcs@gmail.com.
