Employee Training & Test

Community First Services and Supports (CFSS) Tests

Workers must complete the DHS training and test for CFSS Support Workers, online through the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) website.  The training and test must be completed before services start.
You’ll receive a certificate of completion to submit to your CFSS agency provider

Access the DHS training portal via the PCA/CFSS Workers Training link 

Determine which training you need to take. —the dropdown offers options like “PCA/CFSS Support Workers,” “PCA Qualified Professional,” or “CFSS transition for PCA agencies”
